me an NOTHING

its the end of my vacations... :( R.I.P...
its been a while since i wrote sumtn on my blog... please do excuse me for that....
I've been too busy doing nothing...!! no seiously!!...
if your daily routine becomes too monotonous,, try doing NOTHING....
now believe it or not,, doing nothing requires exceptional skill and you eventually become an expert at it...
now here are a few ways of doing nothing which i practice myself...
1) sitting in front of the television swapping channels every 5-10 minutes... very effective... and hassle free...
2) put on your PC/laptop and set an optical illusion as your wallpaper... and now STARE!!!!....
when u get dizzy,, stop!!! i dont want to be held responsible for any brain malfunctions!!!...
3)watch movies like: Ira and Abby(what a pointless movie), Shoot 'em up, or any telugu hardcore action movie... the last being the most amusing even if you do not know telugu.. even a 3 year old kid can make a better action moive with his toys for god's sake.... No offence!!
4)if you dont like listening to music,, just plug in your earphones to your mp3 player and listen... or record "nothing" and listen over and over again.... you are bound to lose it....
5)download i-doser and listen to nonsense for half an hour and still be in your senses... then read the agreement to find out you need to pay for it to work!!
6)(strictly for those who have dial-up).. keep a 700MB movie for download and wait for it to finish!!
7)drag your chair adjacent to the window or balcony in your room and stare outside,,, but DONT FALL ASLEEP.... then u are doing something....
8)put on your television,, change channel to either Star Plus, Sony, or Zee TV and watch a soap-opera... and please do notice the countless sound effects within 10 seconds,, it is then upto you to laugh or cry!!
9)listen to "Doesn't Remind Me" performed by Audioslave (bow head in respect(not sarcastic(SERIOUSLY!!!))) or just get the lyrics,,, they have some amazing ideas too!!
10)and last but not the least,, publish your crazy ideas... this is the most liberating!!!

im bak with a new topic!!..

so todays topic is sports..
not exactly sports,,,, everyone talks about sports...
this is more about the controversies surrounding these games....
not only games even some iconic players...
before i begin i would like you to know that i know very less about any sport compared to any of u!!!
lets just focus on the sport i know the most about!!..
CRICKET!!
i first took notice (well,,, EVERYONE did!!) when Andrew Symonds accused bhajji of making monkey chants at him!!!...
bhajji said "maa ki aankh" (mother's eye being the literal translation!!!) and our australian "bull" heard it as MONKEY!!!..
i exactly still dont know what the hype is all about!!...
for instance,,
in yesterdays match itself (Mumbai Indians v/s Delhi Daredevils) Andre Nel was (as usual) infuriated... as a local chap Shikhar Dhawan thrashed his deliveries for continuous boundaries and a couple of sixes!!..
then he lost it in the next over and shouted out some explicit words which were "lip read" by me and my bro.!!!...
with dad in the room and watchin the match,,,, we just exchanged a sly smile and confirmed that was it!!!....
and it was at the bowlers end so im pretty sure even the umpire heard it!!...
so whats the big deal??...
the deal is bhajji is INDIAN!!!!..
no one from the whole of ICC will ever take notice of any misconduct by ponting and his men..
its a sad reality we have to accept...
The second controversy is about SRK and his Dream Team!!!..
he sparked debate by objecting the rules layed down by IPL committee....
Now we all know he's the "King Of Bollywood" (please, i beg you P-L-E-A-S-E notice the quotation marks!! :) but c'mon man there are some rules and regulations to be followed and if u cant do that you are free to leave the field...
Now our king doesnt seem to get enough attention so he wants some more!!!..
then he sent an SMS to his team saying that he wasnt paying them to lose matches but to win!!!...
also he humiliated the IPL organising committee and devised a plan to leak this message to the media so they would be publicly humiliated...
can u believe this guy!!!....
the next and the most infamous controversy was the one where Bhajji slapped Sreesanth!..
this is how it happened....
Sreesanth, after his team Kings XI Punjab won the match against bhajji''s Mumbai Indians, went up to bhajji and stretched his hand for a handshake..
Now every player does that irrespective of whether they won the match or not...
probably sreessanth's face told a different story to paji!!..
WHAM!!!!! next second our tap dancer was drowning in his tears!!!!..
thankfully they've managed to patch things up!!!!..
because here we forget that even though in the league they are on different teams we are part of a GREAT country,,, a great cricketing nation....
this story is definitely not one to be remebered...
next comes Sachin accusing the third umpire Suresh Shastri of making decisions against Mumbai Indians...
well that was a genuine call.. anyone watching the match would have thought the third umpire was blind..
and it wasnt one decision it was two!!!..
Two mistakes by a guy who has more than 20 camera angles and can slow down the fps upto 1/8 times!!...
and in his defence he said he acted according to the rule book!!!..
oh yeah right... the rule book says "like the guy????--give him green,,, dont like the guy???give red!!!"..
thats about it from the IPL...
shifting gears to formula one...
the only controversy i remember of late is the one of last season..
Fernando Alonso accused his then team, Mclaren Mercedes, of favouring the better of the two drivers on the team,,,, Lewis Hamilton....
now its not a perfect world so you give the better car to the better guy.... Aint it??..
Alonso maybe a 2 time world champion but the rookie was much better than him!!...
but that fact was too hard to digest,, i guess,, so he exposed to the media that Mclaren had paid an ex Ferrari official a huge amount to leak Ferrari designs to them!!!..
because of this incident Mclaren Mercedes had to start constructor's all over again from zero after completing 3/4th the season..
anyways all's well that ends well...
Alonso is perishing in Renault weith i think only one podium finish this season..
hows that sucker!!!!!...
no offence to alonso fans..(though i dont think there are any!! ;) lol...)

everyone has their own likes and dislikes....
yea everyone wants an 80 GB iPod or Creative zen..
everyone's like "Yeah dude,,, have to get one of those one day!!"...
or the owners are like "Oh man!! ur such a dork if u don have one!!!"....
oh k lemme get this straight so they were dorks until they got their ipod s and stuff...
i thoght it was an MP3 player but its actually some kind of resurrecting machine or something...
k there was a gap of bout 40 mins between the last line and this one!
the reason?? well that will be a new topic....
bouncing back to topic of music....
to be frank i hardly like any musicians completely..
u know??? i dont know how ppl like all the songs made by someone!!!!
the musicins are bound to make sucky songs!..
also i cant understand how people can appreciate death metal...
some people (incl. me) respect death metal bands for their talent...
their songs are so cacophonic and loud and no progression as such jus playin what they like...
but they know their instruments so welll!!.. Its like they are taming them or something!!!!...
then there are bands like System Of A Down...
i donno bout the other ppl,,, but till date i have'nt been able to understand WHY I like their songs...
i mean they just sing some nonsense...
but they have this THING (thts wat i call it) in them...
like for Aerials,,,,, the lyrics are gibberish!!!!
cmon man!!!! WHose life is a waterfall!!!!!!
but the way the song EVOLVES is really amazing!!!!...
then there are bands like LP...
man i like most of their songs but i hate their newest album...
and i dont like THEM anymore coz they say tht MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT was their best album!!!...
I ask WHO FORCED U INTO SAYIN THAT???? ROAD RUNNER RECORDS?????!!!!
so thats where i lost them!!!!...
then there are the legends like METALLICA and LED ZEP...
they've made some songs which cannot be replaced....
like Nothing else matters, Sanitarium, Enter Sandman, Kashmir, Stairway to heaven etc..
i can totally understand their Billion fans...
but apart from those songs i somehow cannot appreciate the other songs...
then there's AUDIOSLAVE , KORN and NICKELBACK...
well these are the bands i respect the most!!!...
their songs are like PERFECT...how can they get better!!!!!
comin to Techno....
i love some techno artists like ROB ZOMBIE and MOBY.. man that guy is sooo creative!!!!...
most of his songs are soundtracks of movies!!!!!...
tht guy is a living legend!!!!!...
Then comes RAP!!!!..
EMINEM is the best thing that ever happend to RAP...
if it weren't for him,,,, more than half rap followers wouldnt have even heard of this genre!!..
next is pop..lets make it short.....
if ur a guy and u like pop,,, plz man change ur tastes ASAP!!!!
shifting focus to BOLLYWOOD...
well.... there are very few songs that the whole of bollywood has ever made and ive liked...
then comes the pakistani bands example: STRINGS and THE CALL!!!!!...
man these guys sure know how to make music!!!!...
they rock like big time!!!!

yes i donot have a lapy now but ive been thinkin bout it a lot lately!!...
the thing is its a gadget u're gonna keep for say atleast 4-5 years...
but to get a good lapy which will not get outdated within atleast the next 2-3 years... i.e. till i get out of college....
i don want my juniors to be like "HAHA... we can play Counter Strike 2.1(the version at that time probably...) and our seniors cant!!!!! nanananana!!!!"...
thats gonna be so irritatin...
i know coz im on my bro's nerves now!!!;) High 5!!!!
so back to the lapy..
i had my mind fixed on DELL until i found out they had removed graphics frm the INSPIRON series...
so now im thinkin of HP...
